Mo - The Irish whirlwind of a Landlady who adds a touch of glamour to the proceedings. She'll always welcome you with a smile - even if you support someone other than the Irish Rugby team.

Ruth - Our mad woman Bar Manager who has been here for four years - a recognisable face who will guarantee to keep you amused.

Jessie - number one daughter bringing a psychological, criminalist slant to proceedings - at least thats what she studies when down in Plymouth - enjoy interesting chats all through the summer vacation

Emily - number two daughter with a penchant for groovy clothes. Her lively, fun sense of humour guarantees you won't ever be bored when Emily's on duty.

Jack - our naked chef 'wannabe' who does sizzling seasonal delights for you to enjoy.

Charlotte - Our little slice of Denmark - but certainly prettier than bacon - Charlotte is getting used to our strange English ways, and she's certainly mastered serving Real Ale.

Sally - The voice of an angel, Sally brings occasional sanity to bear. Nicknamed SS (short for Sensible Sally), she serves a mean lager.

Jackie - Another mad Mo rellie, she's always on hand to help out when things get a bit too frantic.

Lucy - learning the art of bar-maiding rather late in life, as long as you can cope with a frothy top then she's your girl! What she lacks in experieince she makes up for in enthusiasm.
