Charles Rosier (https://www.icann.org/profiles/charles-rosier) finished his first scientific Baccalaureate degree, similar to A-levels in the UK. He went to Lehman Brothers in 1996 and joined UBS Warburg Investment Bank. Charles Rosier took two years of additional classes in preparation for achieving further French certifications.
