After coming over to Rodborough for a party with her friend Katie Fforde (the author), Peta and her husband David fell in love with Bisley, making the move from the Smoke some seven years ago.

Despite her past as a professional dancer, you won't find Peta dancing on the tables very often - but will see her quaff the occasional glass of dry white wine (anything but Chardonnay!).

After a career which saw her perform Swan Lake, Nutcracker and Cappelia at Drury Lane and the Royal Festival Hall you will now find Peta at the Bisley W.I Village Hall helping out the local Am-Drams. Their latest offering kicks off on Wednesday 28th Jan and apart from that night, all the subsequent performances are already sold out!

As if she wasn't busy enough, Peta also has three dogs who are her absolute babies - a collie cross pointer and two miniature schnauzers.
