Being in the pub is definitely in Stans' blood, after all he was born in his Grandfathers pub and spent the first 16 years of his life there. Stan is one of Bisleys' oldest residents - known to be an avid Obituary reader, he is just checking to see who else he's outlived!

His favourite tipple is Doombar, and he has been a member of CAMRA for many years, promoting the nectar that is real ale.

As a (long retired) Professor of Medicine, specialising in anatomy and physiology, Stan is always willing to check out the lithe young bodies and offer his purely professional opinion!!

Just don't dismiss this great 'age challenged gent' as past it - he is the proud owner of an iPod and has to assist his technophobe friends in all things technical - a big Cheers to our silver surfer.
