Our youngest profile to date, meet the lovely Jake. Despite his tender years (just 19), Jake is already the Great Britain & Ireland Champion in Target Rifle shooting. Unfortunately this shooting is not yet included in the Olympics, but they are working on that - who knows Jake could be our local Gold winner in a few years. His team have already achieved second place in the World Championships held in South Africa in April 2009.

With his shooting being such an expensive sport, when he is not practising Jake works as a builder to help fund his sport.

Another string to his bow (or should that be bullet to his gun) is his amateur dramatics work - you can see him this year in the Bisley Bats presentation of The Boy and his Cat. Failing that, you may also find him enjoying a Sambuca or four at the bar!
